If your interview is successful, you can feel free to come for a few hours to orient yourself and to give you and your coworkers the opportunity to get to know each other as well as to get an overview of your area of work.

Coming from a job in a cinema, I was able grow professionally at the IT Operation Center and now contribute to the management of IT Operations. At ITOC, we ensure that incidents are resolved before they can affect key business processes. We are responsible for monitoring the entire system of our clients and in some areas we are responsible for the system administration of UNIX / Linux and Microsoft Windows systems. In my 5 years at ITSDONE I was able to acquire a vast IT knowledge and was able to collaborate on numerous projects.
I’ve been at ITSDONE for about 1.5 years now. I’m really thriving in my role as Service Manager and can contribute my “youthful” energy and enthusiasm. I am SPOC for my medium-sized clients and responsible for Contract Management, Cross Selling, SLA Management, Reporting, Finance and much more.
